This smoke and steam box comes with a compatible 9 13/16" x 6 5/16" x 1 5/8" stainless steel wire grid classic grill basket. This grill basket creates a barrier between food and the grill to prevent your food from breaking apart, sticking, or falling through the grates of the grill. The weaved, wire grid design drains excess grease and fat while allowing the smoke and flames to infuse the food with the smoky, grill flavor that your customers crave. The 1 5/8" depth and double basket design securely cradles the vegetables, fish, or meat being grilled.
