The Mibrasa Story

Born on Spain’s Costa Brava, Mibrasa began with a simple belief: fire is the purest and most honest form of cooking. In Palamós — a town where Mediterranean life revolves around food, hospitality, and the ritual of the flame — the Hernández family has carried this philosophy forward for two generations.

Every Mibrasa charcoal oven and Parrilla grill is handmade and hand-welded in our workshop, using the highest-grade steel and crafted with uncompromising precision. What begins as raw material becomes a piece of equipment capable of extraordinary performance: intense heat, remarkable control, and the unmistakable flavour of cooking over charcoal. These are tools built not just to cook, but to anchor an outdoor kitchen and elevate every fire-driven meal.

More than equipment, each Mibrasa is an heirloom. Engineered to endure years of service, gathering, and passing down, our products are shaped by the hands of makers who treat metalwork as a craft — not a process.

Innovation is woven into our history. Our close collaboration with world-renowned chefs continually sharpens our understanding of live-fire cooking. Their insight helps refine every hinge, chamber, grate, and airflow system, ensuring each Mibrasa delivers unmatched precision, efficiency, and flavour.

With Mibrasa Home, the same craftsmanship trusted in Michelin-starred restaurants is now made for passionate home chefs. It’s a fusion of tradition and design — a return to elemental cooking, reimagined for modern living, and powered by the enduring beauty of fire.
