Designed for families and entertainers, the Mibrasa Mini offers expanded capacity without compromising the power and precision trusted by professional chefs.. It's perfect for families or home chefs who regularly entertain. Like all Mibrasa ovens, it is handcrafted in Spain from X-gauge stainless steel, fully welded for durability with no screws or bolts.
Operating at 250–350 °C (482–662 °F) and fueled by natural lump charcoal, the Mini supports grilling, roasting, steaming, slow cooking, and smoking. Its insulated chamber and airflow system provide exceptional heat management while delivering rich, signature charcoal flavor in every dish. It allows you to seal the product quickly, locking in juices and enhancing the deep, rich flavors that define charcoal cooking.
Safety is engineered into every detail: a dissipating filter reduces smoke temperature, and a fire break prevents sparks from escaping the oven—making it a secure, fully enclosed solution for live-fire cooking at home.
