Cooking over fire is deeply rooted in Mediterranean gastronomy. From our Palamós workshop in the heart of the Costa Brava in Spain, where we produce the finest Mibrasa equipment to serve our clients all over the world, we are proud to be known as the Craftsmen of Live Fire Cooking.

  • For a limited time, enjoy a 25% discount on the entire Mibrasa Home product line, along with complimentary curbside shipping within the continental US. To secure your order, a 50% deposit is required. Full payment must be made 15 days prior to the scheduled shipping date.

  • At Mibrasa Home, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products with confidence. We proudly offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.

    Under this warranty, Mibrasa Home will repair or replace any parts found to be defective in materials or workmanship.

    However, please note that this warranty does not cover issues unrelated to manufacturing defects, such as:

    Commercial use*

    Improper installation

    Misuse of the product or failure to follow provided instructions

    Accidental damage, neglect, or unforeseeable events (Acts of God)

    Discoloration and surface corrosion due to improper storage, protection, or maintenance

    *Commercial Use Clarification: If a product purchased from www.mibrasahomeusa.com is installed and/or used in a commercial, restaurant, or foodservice setting, it is subject to the standard Mibrasa USA, Corp. warranty, which covers 2 years against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

    Additionally, please note that this warranty excludes labor costs associated with repairs or replacements.

  • All Mibrasa Home products are shipped from our warehouse in the US. Shipping carriers may vary depending on the final installation location and include curbside delivery. Please be aware that delivery does not include installation. For inquiries regarding Premium Delivery/White Glove Delivery, kindly contact us at hello@mibrasahomeusa.com for a personalized quote.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for made-to-order items, except in cases of manufacturing defects. If you believe your product has a defect, please contact us promptly to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

    For stock items, a 25% restocking fee will be applied, and freight charges will be deducted from the refund. Please note that no returns or refunds will be processed without a valid RA number.

  • All Mibrasa Home products are meticulously handcrafted at our factory in Palamós, Spain. Most items are built-to-order, resulting in a lead time of approximately 12 weeks. Upon completion, they are dispatched from our warehouse in the US.
